Ceri as always is astonishing at looking at the bigger picture. She not only offers down to earth and massage which is very relaxing but connects up the dots in other areas of your life so you are getting a full treatment and more importantly, explanation as to why you might be in pain/discomfort. Highly recommended.

I have always been intrigued by the concept of reflexology, I decided to book a few sessions with Ceri after reading her impressive profile online. I wasn't disappointed - over the sessions I found long standing problems like lower back pain disappeared. I also had a general greater feeling of well-being and felt my body was running more smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised as to how effective Ceri's treatments were. I highly recommend Ceri and look forward to future sessions.

Ceri is skilled, considerate, insightful and professional. After her massages I have a greater range of movement and feel the benefit of the deep pressure in my neck and shoulders where mothering duties have taken their toll!
